
These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are loaded with juicy chicken, melted cheese, and garlicky flavor, all wrapped in a golden, crispy tortilla. Quick to make and packed with comfort, they’re perfect for lunch, dinner, or a satisfying snack.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped (grilled, rotisserie, or leftover works great)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella (or a cheese blend like Monterey Jack and cheddar)
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic.
Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add chicken, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Stir and cook for 3–4 minutes until heated through.
Remove from heat and stir in both cheeses.
Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.
Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
Brush each wrap with melted butter.
In a clean skillet or grill pan over medium heat, place wraps seam-side down. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Slice diagonally and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with a side of ranch, garlic aioli, or marinara for dipping.
